DELIVERY METHODS

InPost courier
InPost parcel locker

We ship via the InPost courier company. They guarantee fast and timely delivery of parcels to any destination in Poland within 1-2 business days between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
We only ship within Poland. We do not ship internationally.
The cost of shipping to a parcel locker is PLN 15.
The cost of shipping by courier is 17 PLN.

For orders over PLN 149, shipping is free.

What should I do if I discover damage to my shipment?
To confirm the damage, it is necessary to photograph the damaged package and complete a damage report in the presence of the courier. If this was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact the courier company's Customer Service Department to discuss further steps.
