Terms and Conditions of the "VACATION25" Promotional Campaign

§ 1 General provisions

1. The promotional campaign is conducted in accordance with the principles set out in these Regulations.
2. The Organizer of the Promotional Campaign under the slogan "WAKACJE25" (hereinafter: "Promotional Campaign") is Natural Baby Care Anna Stiller with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Mostowa 19d/3, 61-854 Poznań, NIP: 7861594074, REGON: 382172950, ​​BDO Number: 000559804, e-mail address: office@naturalbabycare.eu (hereinafter: "Organizer").
3. The promotional campaign is valid only in the online store at: www.naturalbabycare.eu (hereinafter: "Online Store").
4. The Promotional Campaign is intended exclusively for adult natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code (i.e. natural persons entering into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activity) who, during the period of the Promotional Campaign, make a transaction in the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").

§ 2 Duration of the Promotional Campaign

1. The promotional campaign runs from 01/07/2025 to 06/07/2025.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion early (e.g., due to technical limitations). If the Promotion ends early, the Organizer will clearly notify users, e.g., on the store's website.

§ 3 Rules of the Promotional Campaign

1. The promotional campaign applies to all products available in the Online Store.
2. To take advantage of the promotion, the Participant should:
3. After meeting the above conditions, the Participant will receive a 25% discount on the entire order.
4. The discount code can be used once per order.
5. This Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or loyalty programs.
6. Participation in the Promotional Campaign is tantamount to reading and accepting these Regulations and consenting to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Natural Baby Care Online Store.

§ 4 Liability

1. The Organiser's liability towards the Participant for claims related to the rights granted to the Participant in the Regulations is limited to the value of the order covered by the promotion.
2. The above limitation does not exclude the rights granted to Participants under separate legal provisions.

§ 5 Product returns, warranty

1. The Promotion Participant is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract in accordance with applicable law.
2. If part of the order is returned, the discount will be calculated proportionally to the remaining products.
3. The provisions of these Regulations do not infringe or limit customers' warranty rights.

§ 6 Complaints

1. Any complaints regarding the Promotional Campaign may be submitted during its duration and up to 30 days after its end.

3. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer immediately, within 14 days from the date of their submission.
4. After exhausting the complaint procedure, the Participant has the right to request the initiation of mediation proceedings with the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection to resolve the dispute amicably. Details are available at www.uokik.gov.pl .
5. An online consumer dispute resolution platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . The Organizer is not currently participating in this procedure.

§ 7 Final provisions

1. In case of any doubts regarding the provisions of the Regulations, the Participant may at any time ask the Organizer for interpretation.
2. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable legal acts shall apply.
3. The promotional campaign does not constitute a game of chance, a mutual bet or a promotional lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
4. The regulations are effective from 1 July 2025.
