14. What specific cookies, pixels and IT tools do we use?

Below is a list of our partners who process your data within the European Economic Area or are covered by a decision of the European Commission confirming an adequate level of personal data protection:

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our Site. Importantly, we have IP anonymization enabled. Therefore, Google does not receive any personal data from us that could be combined with other data about Visitors or Customers based on IP addresses.

This allows us to draw attention to our content and offers through advertising materials on external websites. We analyze data from advertising campaigns to optimize advertising activities. Advertising materials are delivered by Google using so-called "Ad Servers." For this purpose, we use server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring audience success, such as ad placement or user clicks. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads stores a cookie on your device. These cookies typically store the following information for analytics purposes: a unique cookie ID, the number of impressions per ad placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for conversions after an impression), and opt-out information (indicating which user does not wish to be considered further). Cookies allow Google to recognize your web browser. We do not collect or process any personal data based on the aforementioned advertising measures. Even if you are not registered with any Google services or are not logged in, it is possible that network providers may obtain and store your IP address.

We also use Google Ads remarketing, which allows us to present our website users with interest-based ads from other websites within the Google Display Network. For this purpose, Google stores cookies on the browsers of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google Display Network to uniquely identify a web browser on a specific device.

We encourage you to read the documents regarding GDPR and Google Ads: https://ads.google.com/intl/pl_pl/home/faq/gdpr/ .

Facebook - We also use marketing tools and chat provided by Meta Platforms Ireland, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). We use these tools to target you with Facebook ads. We do this based on our legitimate interest in marketing our own products.

We do not share personal data. Information collected through Facebook Pixel is anonymous, meaning it does not allow us to identify you. It only allows us to obtain information about activities undertaken on our Website. However, please note that Facebook may combine this information with other information about you collected through your use of Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Currently, Facebook Pixel also interacts with data from Instagram. We no longer control such Facebook activities, and you can find information about them directly in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy. You can also manage your privacy settings from your Facebook account.

It helps us manage tags on our website. This allows us to understand how you interact with our website and how your device and browser respond. This allows us to better tailor the content and code of our website.

Google Tag Manager collects only aggregated data about tags used, performance, and system operation of our website. This does not include IP addresses or data associated with a specific person. However, the collected data, when combined with other data, may lead to a connection with a specific person.
